1.  Begin with a clean, dry porous surface.
2.  Read product package directions carefully.
3.  Do a test application and evaluate before proceeding with a large project.
4.  For coating type sealer - apply thin even, multiple coats.
     For penetrating type sealer - apply liberal coating.
5.  Do not allow sealer to puddle on surface (brush out before they dry).
6.  Allow sealer to cure before exposure to water, heavy traffic and contaminants.
7.  Reseal as necessary.
